Susan Rogers, founder of People Pinnacle, is passionate about creating extraordinary organizations with thriving, change-adaptive cultures. An organizational change expert, Susan specializes in facilitating strategy & organizational design, developing leaders and teams, and managing the “people” side of change initiatives.
Susan spent the first 15 years of her career helping her clients improve processes, skills and organizational effectiveness while employed as a consultant at Deloitte Consulting, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting and North Highland Company. Most recently, Susan worked for Lexmark International where she designed and implemented global talent management programs including: performance management, succession management, change management and high potential leadership development. In addition, she served as a strategic HR Business Partner responsible for employee relations, leadership coaching and the implementation of HR processes for the Global Marketing organization.
Susan has worked with all levels of the organization – from the C-Suite to individual contributors. Her consulting portfolio includes work in business, government and non-profit sectors with clients such as: American Cancer Society, Kaiser Permanente, NASA, Ariba, IRS, Coca-Cola, Recall, Marriott, Lexmark International, Link-Belt Cranes, and others. Susan is located in Lexington, KY.
Susan is passionate about helping others lead a fulfilling life of value where their gifts and talents can be shared. She got involved with The Well because it provides a holistic approach to helping women who want to get out of the sex industry and change their lives. Susan is also involved in helping others through her church, Trinity Hill United Methodist.
